White-label concept films for UK branding and design studios

Your brand direction as a short film, before there’s a place to film.

A 20 to 30 second concept film for your client presentation or identity reveal. Built from your studio’s agreed brand direction: one route, one line, four to six shots. It goes out under your name.

For residential and hospitality brand projects

Everyone at the table is picturing a different place.

The route is on the boards: the name, the palette, the type, a few photographs standing in for a place that doesn’t exist yet. Then you describe the rest out loud. The light first thing in the morning. What it’s like to arrive.

A board is read one detail at a time. The logo, then the green, then whether the tote bag is necessary. Each person fills in the rest their own way. So the feedback, when it comes, is about a place only they have seen.

A film plays from start to finish. For 20 to 30 seconds the room watches the same thing at the same moment: your route, its line, and the mood you would otherwise have to describe. Then the boards take over.

We write first: the film’s line and its shot plan. AI tools then generate the moving images. What you get is a concept, made for that room. It shows the direction, not the finished place.

Here is the film to judge us by.

We made this film ourselves, for a brand that doesn’t exist.

No brand name, on purpose: that space is your client’s. The line: ‘Home to every hour’.

A fictional residential brand, made as a demonstration: an AI-generated concept film, not a shoot. Kazi and Fahmida set the direction, then built it clip by clip, changing the plan where the tools fell short. The line came from our own copywriting system. AI made the images and music, and helped edit. We signed off.

A day in one home: first light over the water, a family breakfast, the pool, the balcony as the city lights come on. The demonstration runs 50 seconds; a client film is 20 to 30.

Watch it once the way your client would. Then watch it again as yourself, looking for the joins. Faces are where generated video is weakest, so every face is made again until it holds up, or cut.

Made in Dhaka and Portsmouth.

On a film of your own, you approve the style frames before anything is animated, and the film comes to you for one round of changes within the agreed route. If the project has authorised stills or CGI, you can start with the one-still motion test instead.

What you get, and what is quoted separately

Included

  • The line and the shot plan

One creative route, one line, four to six shots. If your route already has a line, the film uses it.

  • Style frames

Still frames that set the look of the film.

  • The film

20 to 30 seconds, delivered as one landscape master: 1920 by 1080 MP4, with sound as agreed.

  • One consolidated revision round

Within the agreed route, through one named approver.

Quoted separately

  • Vertical and square cutdowns
  • Extra formats
  • New directions, such as a second route

Six steps. Three of them are yours.

  1. 1. You brief

You send the brief and the style direction. We agree a fixed quote before any work starts. 50% is paid upfront.

  2. 2. We write

We write the film’s line and its shot plan. Both exist before any image is made.

  3. 3. You approve the look

We send the style frames. Nothing is animated until you approve them.

  4. 4. We animate

The moving images are generated with AI tools, clip by clip. If a shot won’t hold up, we change it and tell you why. Kazi or Fahmida directs every shot and the edit.

  5. 5. You send one set of changes

You see the film. Your named approver gathers every comment and sends them together. We revise once, within the agreed route.

  6. 6. We deliver the master

Kazi or Fahmida signs the film off, and you receive one landscape master. The balance is due on delivery.

Style frames come back within 3 working days of the brief. The master follows within 5 working days of your approval. Put your presentation date in the brief; if it can’t be met, we say so before you pay.

If you have authorised stills or CGI

Test us on one still.

Send one still or CGI image your client has authorised. You get back a short clip made from it, plus one specific correction. You choose the correction: one change to the light, the time of day or a single moving element, with the building left as it is.

Your client knows that place better than anyone in the room. They will be the first to notice if generated motion changes it. Better to find that out from one image than from a whole film.

The one-still motion test costs £150.

The clip is five to eight seconds. It comes back within three working days of the still arriving. The test is paid upfront, and the fee comes off the full film if you go ahead.

Ask for the test

Authorised means your client has agreed to this use, AI tools included. If you need an NDA first, ask.

What it costs

  • Concept film

    From £600

When your studio supplies the brief and the style direction: your route, boards and references. Without a style direction, we quote for building one.

  • One-still motion test

    £150

For projects with authorised stills or CGI. A short clip plus one specific correction. The fee comes off the full film.

Vertical and square cutdowns, extra formats and new directions are quoted separately.

We agree a fixed quote before work starts, so you can put the film in your own proposal at your own price.

The small print, at full size

  • For the full film: 50% upfront. The balance is due on delivery of the master.
  • One consolidated revision round, within the agreed route, through one named approver.
  • A change of direction is re-quoted.
  • Style frames get one round of changes. If they still aren’t approved, the project stops and the deposit covers the work.
  • White-label. NDA on request.

Fifteen minutes about one live project.

What it is not

  • Not a shoot, and not the finished place. It is a concept for the room where the brand direction is being decided.
  • Not a replacement for the developer’s or the architect’s visuals. If the building or venue appears, it appears only through assets your client has authorised.
  • Not public advertising by default. Using it in a public campaign is a separate decision, made with your client, once the facts, the rights and the labelling have been checked.

If the project needs a shoot, this is the wrong service.

Before you put a film in front of your client

How is the film made?

AI tools generate the moving images and, unless you supply a licensed track, the music. Kazi or Fahmida directs and signs off every film: the idea and the shot plan, the line, written with our own copywriting system, and the edit, which AI tools help assemble. Style frames come from your boards. Faces are where generated video is weakest, so every face is made again until it holds up, or cut. A hotel film shows the rooms, the light and the arrival.

Who holds the rights, and what about music?

Three things are confirmed in writing before any film is quoted: which tools your client’s assets pass through and what their terms allow, where the music comes from and what its licence covers, and what your studio and your client may do with the delivered film. You get all three in the quote, not after.

Is it white-label? Will you sign an NDA?

White-label. The film goes out under your studio’s name. NDA on request. We speak to your client only if you ask us to, and we never show or name your clients in our own marketing.

What if the client changes their mind?

Changes within the agreed route go in the one consolidated round. A change of direction isn’t a revision. It’s re-quoted.

Can the film be used in public?

Not by default. Public use is a separate decision, made with your client, with the facts and the rights checked and the film labelled as AI-generated. Your studio and your client check the facts; we supply the label and the list of what to check. If the project is heading that way, say so in the brief.

Where are you based?

Kazi works from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and Fahmida from Portsmouth, where she can meet your studio in person. Prices are in pounds. Invoices come from Kazi Fazle Ealahy, trading as Ancient Bees.

What do we tell our client about how the film was made?

Tell them, at the start. It’s a concept made with AI tools, to show a direction before anything is built. Said early, it’s a strength: the room knows what it’s looking at. If the film is ever used in public, it is labelled as AI-generated.

We write the words too.

Ancient Bees also writes white-label page copy for web and branding studios. The handoff for our own website’s copy is available as a sample of how we work.

What are you presenting, and when?

Send whatever exists: the brand direction, the boards, the date. If you need an NDA first, ask. We’ll reply within one working day with what the film would take and what it would cost. If the project has authorised stills or CGI, you can start smaller, with the one-still motion test. Or book fifteen minutes and ask anything you’d ask a new supplier.

Concept films from £600 when you supply the brief and style direction. Fixed quote before work starts.
